Ohio State is expanding use of multifactor authentication to increase the level of security to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing university information. On Jan. 1, Ohio State will integrate the use of BuckeyePass (Duo) with Qualtric. BuckeyePass is provided to faculty, staff and students to help protect their accounts even if a password is stolen. Qualtrics is a widely used survey tool often used to collect research information. [onCampus Today: 11.30.21]

Create shorter web links, and name them yourself, that can be used in social media, for print, signage and webpages… the URL can be trusted and is permanent. Go to https://go.osu.edu, OSU Login, copy/paste the LONG link to shorten, give it a name go.osu.edu/xxxxxxx and Save Link. Use this new/shorter name as needed.

Scan pdfs from iPhones (Androids: Adobe Scan app is approved for use by OCIO)
iPhones: go into the NOTES app, create a NEW note, hit the + or camera icon and a menu will come up. Select SCAN DOCUMENTS. Can adjust the image.
