Office of Sponsored Programs Now Offers Open Office Hours on Thursdays

The Office of Sponsored Programs is now offering open office hours on Thursdays (1:30-2:30pm) for questions and assistance with subawards under sponsored projects.  Laurie Rosenberg, senior SPO/subaward administrator, and Phillip Baum, grants operation center lead, will be available to answer questions about the overall subaward process, including invoicing; initiating new supplier contracts and amending existing supplier contracts in Workday; as well as identifying subaward resources and how to select the correct subrecipient in Workday.
