It is important that all public-facing materials include the following nondiscrimination notice. Please note that this statement was updated in summer 2025.
This statement must be used on the following communication pieces: printed publications, magazines, reports, tri-fold brochures, newsletters, fact sheets, handouts, direct-mail promotions, event and general flyers, event programs, program highlights, infographics/quick stats, research posters, and small posters.
Communication pieces exempt from the nondiscrimination statement include ads, social media posts, digital displays, stationary or digital letterhead, note cards, memos, agendas, certificates, event signs and banners, postcards, presentations, and pull-up banners.
Note: The entire nondiscrimination notice should be set in regular typeface, without the use of any italics, boldfacing, or underlining. If the program you are using creates a hyperlink to either site, please remove it.
