The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) has hired two new staff training and development coordinators (Carver Ealy, Mary Kate Gallagher) who will collaborate with the director of Education and Engagement and the director of Affirmative Action, Equal Employment to provide several new opportunities for additional training. First, there will be a training on Ohio State’s policy prohibiting harassment and discrimination against all protected classes. Second, OIE has rolled out a new training for affirmative action and equal employment opportunity in recruitment.
