Update: Parking at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center

The following is an update regarding employee parking at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center. As of March 1, there is a new parking system (Offstreet) in place for guests of the university. Please note that Offstreet is for non-employees and non-Ohio State students only. In the past, windshield parking passes were used to park at the 4-H Center, but they are no longer valid.

All Ohio State employees must pay for parking at the Center. Any code that is shared for event guests must not be used if you are an Ohio State employee. Faculty, staff, and students must either use a valid CampusParc permit, purchase a single-day CampusParc pass, or use ParkMobile to park in either the 4-H Center or the Bill Davis parking lot. If one of these three methods is not utilized, a parking ticket may be issued. CampusParc's license plate scanning technology is able to confirm whether or not those utilizing Offstreet are employees or students.

Important Additional Information: On-campus parking must be paid for personally, not with a PCard, and submitted for reimbursement against the spend authorization (blanket or overnight). Employees whose headquarters is not on Columbus campus are eligible for parking reimbursement for business travel to campus.

There are two primary options for obtaining authorized parking. First, employees can register and pay for single-day parking through CampusParc's website up to seven days in advance. This is the lowest price option for daily rate.

Alternatively, employees can use the parkmobile app to pay for parking in designated zones. Parking with the app is only available for hourly rates with a 24-hour maximum, so for the whole day this option is likely more expensive, but for half day or shorter events this may be more cost-effective.

When events at the 4-H Center are planned with any non-employee attendees, you will need to obtain a code for your particular event to share with your guests—the CFAES Events Team is your point of contact for this (BookwithCFAES@osu.edu).
