Food Business Central is self-paced, online course that some OSU Extension professionals developed for anyone starting a farm-raised and home-based food business including meat, poultry, and eggs. The Food Business Central Course Team includes Nicole Arnold, Peggy Hall, Emily Marrison, Summer McClain, Jared Miller, and Garth Ruff.
