June Buckeye Wellness Tip: Men’s Health Month

Throughout June, Men’s Health Month encourages boys and men to take charge of their health by engaging in healthy lifestyle behaviors. Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of men. Aim to be physically active every day, eat at least five fruits/veggies per day and whole grains, get 7-9 hours of sleep and schedule proper screenings according to your age.
