Recent Trends in Food Consumption Virtual Webinar to be Held on Feb. 3

Shauna Henley, University of Maryland Extension and Nicole Arnold, OSU Extension field specialist, food safety, will discuss current trends in food consumption and how to find credible food information on the web. Dr. Henley is recognized for her consumer food safety and food preservation efforts, especially her leadership in the "Don't Wash Your Chicken" campaign.
