Dean Kress' State of the College Address

During her State of the College address earlier this month, Dean Kress addressed opportunities and challenges facing the college. She recognized the college’s tremendous growth and evolution over the past 150 years; celebrated the impact of work in CFAES; and outlined the college’s new strategic plan. The plan includes continuing to address four grand challenges that require interdisciplinary work – sustainability, one health, the rural-urban interface, and preparing the future workforce.
