Villard Moves into Volunteer Development Role

Judy Villard, associate professor and 4-H youth development educator in Richland County, moved into a new role effective Jan. 2, 2026. Judy is now a statewide volunteer development associate professor. We thank Judy for her many years of dedication and for the positive impact she has had on youth and families in Richland County. A search for the 4-H Youth Development Extension educator in the county is underway now.
