Tips for a Healthy Sleep

Do you have trouble falling or staying asleep? If so, your physical and mental health may be suffering. The evidence-based recommendation for adult sleep is at least 7 to 9 hours. Try these tips for high-quality sleep: Set a sleep schedule and stick to it, even on weekends. Turn off electronics an hour before bed. Make sure your room is cool, dark, and quiet.
