African American Behavioral Health Conference to be Held on April 6

The 2023 African American Behavioral Health Conference will be held on April 6 (9 .am.-5 p.m. at the Fawcett Center). Nicole King Cotton, M.D. of the Morehouse School of Medicine, will be the keynote speaker addressing "Social Injustice and Mental Health."

About the conference: What must be done to help shape policies that impact behavioral health disparities in the African American community? From social stigma surrounding mental health to the effects of healthcare policy, this conference will bring together attendees from a variety of backgrounds to discuss interdisciplinary approaches to tackling these issues.
