There has recently been a significant change in the way we all access and use Extension and Ohio 4-H templates in Adobe Express. While we were anticipating this change in February 2026, it was bumped up sooner than expected. Express is updating how templates are managed (which is helpful in creating and maintaining them). With this update, navigating to the template files has changed. Accessing the templates through the Brand Folders no longer works. All templates are now accessible through project folders. Below are links to the Extension and Ohio 4-H project folders for you to access.
Extension Project Folder: new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/projects/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:f0cc3f0f-0811-40aa-a4c2-5731e5867c7f?promoid=FMHMZ4HK&mv=other&openFrom=copy-link
Ohio 4-H Project Folder: new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/projects/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:1cab3ec7-a3f8-45b4-95cf-73a68289410d?promoid=FMHMZ4HK&mv=other&openFrom=copy-link
If you log into Express, here’s now you can navigate to the new project folders so you don’t have to come back to the links all the time (you will likely still need to click on the individual links above to get them to sync with your log in):
-
Select the “Your stuff” button the far-left side of the screen.
-
Select “Projects” in the main navigation in the middle of the page under the words Your stuff.
-
Click the respective folder you’d like to use (OSU Extension Templates or Ohio 4-H).
-
Click the templates folder (all the template folders will appear here).
This new point of access will be a part of Express trainings in 2026. The recorded video will also be updated soon. Until then, please use the links above to be directed to the template project folders. If you’d like to make sure Adobe Express trainings are on your calendar, the 2026 training dates and times are shared here. You will need your Ohio State credentials to log in.
