Faculty and Staff Participate in National 4-H Meet the Author Webinar

In late July, Jason Cervenec, education and engagement director and research scientist for the Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center, and Lydia Ulry Extension educator, joined National 4-H's Meet the Author Webinar. Jason co-authored Exploring Polar Science, a 4-H project book that encourages youth to discover the Arctic and Antarctica—their geography, glaciers, sea ice, and unique plants and animals. Lydia wrote Growing with the Seasons, a 4-H project book that teaches youth how to get the most out of their own gardens. The webinar recording is available for on-demand viewing by registering here.
