New or Replacement PCard Applications Pickup Process
The PCard applications process was moved to Workday August 2024. Only the Card Manager may request a new card. PCard requests cannot be submitted on behalf of other employees. Please see article: PCard Office Job Aids and FAQs
All maintenance requests for existing cards (address change, cancelation, etc) must be submitted through the FAES Pcard Webform. FAES Service Center will vet maintenance requests and submit them on behalf of the card manager. Maintenance requests submitted through Workday will be denied.
How to Receive Your PCard
- The PCard Office will notify the card manager that the PCard has been received via email. The email will include instructions for pick-up. Although you are welcome to use this process, most offices will not. Please follow the steps below to receive your PCard.
- Forward the confirmation email to Dawnn Brown.1283.
- Include local Worktags for shipping costs and the office mailing address.
- Dawnn will ship the card directly to the PCard manager.
- The PCard office will not ship cards at this time.
What actions should I take upon receiving my PCard?
- You will need to activate the card using the 4-digit verification code that you create in the Docusign process. This will have been set up during the Workday request for the PCard.
- Expired cards should be properly destroyed once the new card is activated.
