Internal Registration Guidance

Oct. 11, 2022

When an internal meeting/inservice/conference will charge a fee to attendees and those attendees will be OSU Extension or FAES employees, the host unit should collect the worktags for those attending and request a journal entry to bill the participants and collect the revenue.
Extension Operations recommends host departments do not require individuals to process requisitions for internal registrations, or allow for PCard payments (NelNet) or local checks to pay registration fees. A journal entry is the most efficient process to charge your participants and receive your revenue.

After you collect the worktags from your registrants (via survey, form, etc), complete the Expense/Revenue Transfer Form and submit through the Extension Operations Webform for processing.
