FISCAL STEWARDS/LEVEL 1 APPROVERS: Email a copy of your Interest Income "1099-INT" forms to Jesse Buxton.26@osu.edu as he needs to collect them and send to the Controller's Office for their Tax Reporting for the previous year.
A 1099 may get sent to offices that have interest-bearing checking accounts whose banks may not have a working relationship with the University -those banks that do have that working relationship likely send the 1099 directly to the University. Only those offices that do receive the 1099 need to forward that on to Jesse.
