Only the PCard Manager can have a login for the CFAES Amazon Business Account. All Amazon PCard purchases are required to be purchased through an Amazon Business account and cannot be made through personal Amazon accounts. Office staff that wish to make a purchase through Amazon can simply send product links to the PCard manager to make the purchase on their behalf.
Access can be requested during the PCard application process, or managers can email email@example.com to request an invitation to the account.
Amazon is not a preferred or contracted University supplier. Office supplies are required to be purchased through Staples. Other products should be considered through BuckeyeBuy Marketplace before Amazon.
You may experience what looks to be a "Block" on items in Amazon, but this is just a warning to make you stop and think if you should be using another supplier/purchasing process, such as contracted suppliers in BuckeyeBuy in Workday.

In the items orders list- there should be a VIEW INVOICE link:
