Jesse began his career at Ohio State in 2003 as a student employee of the Extension Business Office. He was promoted to a full-time position as an accountant with the Business Office and spent 12 years developing his expertise in finance, procurement and travel. While at the Business Office he worked primarily with county Extension offices, and later with CFAES academic units as the Business Office expanded to provide assistance to the entire college as the CFAES Finance Service Center. Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from The Ohio State University in 2009.
Vickie began her career in 1976 right out of high school and worked at a local bank for seven and a half years as teller, bookkeeper, trainer and in marketing. She began at Ohio State in the Noble County office of OSU Extension on 3/3/1993 for 19 hours per week. She was then asked to work an additional 12 hours per week at the region office supporting the nine-county EFNEP pilot in February 1994. In December 1995, she interviewed and was hired in the EFNEP job at 75% FTE, leaving the county position.
Sarah began her professional career in the medical field after graduating college. She worked at a busy primary care practice with 6 doctors, a nurse practitioner and various nurses, and medical support staff. As the Billing Coordinator, her focus was medical billing and coding, Workers’ Compensation, collections and working closely with many insurance companies. She became proficient in Medicare and Medicaid and commercial insurance.
