Hello Extension Staff,
please fill out the below Webform to give your input on processes that you would like to see a demonstration on.. as in Nelnet transactions, Approving a Marketplace Quote in Buckeye Buy, filling out a requisition for contracts signatures, and lots more. Timing on these videos may depend on real-time processes and when an Office Associate would be willing to Zoom with us and have us record the process as it is being completed. (Looking for volunteers!)
Patty and Vickie plan to start in January with trainings for new employees, and plan to include these videos as a resource for all staff.
